Twitter is a tool for engagement and it is one of if not the best at providing a platform for engagement. Especially from a business’s perspective so forget engaging with the likes of celeb’s as the focus of this post is the customer engagement benefits businesses need to use Twitter for. We see too many businesses on Twitter using it solely to share content to drive traffic, now this of course is good but only to an extent. You can’t just use twitter for generating traffic as it offers much, much more value than traffic.
