I heard about follo.org where you can buy a "VIP" package for one week for $10 which should give you an estimate of 750 followers. But is it worth it? I mean, 750 "random" followers that might even be related to whatever you tweet about, only following you because your face is shown on the frontpage with a bunch of other featured twitter accounts? I doubt it, but what you do think?
