    Something come up and I wish to know the date I follow someone... Are there any tools/ ways to do that?

    Any information will be greatly appreciated.

    No, I don't think there is any way to find out. Twitter doesn't seem to store this kind of information in its database. Otherwise, it would be made public.

    You will need to build custom twitter application to do so. The information about when you started/stopped following will be stored in your app and for you to view.

    There's no way to find out what date you started following someone. You can send Twitter an e-mail. I'm sure they're happy with any type of suggestions.
