    Ok this is a weird problem. I have an account at hotmail and I noticed someone on twitter set their account email to my email. So I went to twitter and asked for a password change thinking I opened a twitter and forgot about it and changed the password. Now here is the weirdest thing, I log back in to my email today and notice I have replies from someone on twitter so I log in and see that the person, an alleged girl in Canada, has logged in to twitter and has made tweets as early as Oct 17. Thing is she logged into twitter with the same password I changed to way before Oct 17. How is this possible?
