Rules Twitter Followers Service

    Hello,

    I had just created a thread of a service I provide to increase peoples twitter followers, it got deleted and i received an infraction. Was looking over the rules and didn't see anything about twitter. Is this not allowed here as I had seen previous users providing a service like it.
