Buying twitter follow ratio

    http://tffratio.com/Default.aspx is cluttered an annoying

    I want above^ but all I want is the input box for the username and it outputs the ratio

    I don't really know how hard this or what technology it requires. I have php and mysql on my host
    I am willing to pay $15?

    It seems my description is not good enough. I have confused a lot of people.

    I want a simple page. The only thing I want on the page is an input box where users can type their username.
    When they hit enter or submit I then want their ratio to be displayed along with their username.
    Very simple. If you want to add some fancy jquery and stuff that would be great.
