Twitter Cover Photo WON'T Fit - Even After Re-sizing!

    Hi all, first of all I apologise if this has been answered elsewhere.

    Anyways, I recently got myself a new image designed for my Twitter cover photo, it was WAY too big so I resized it to the 1500px x 500px that is recommended.

    This did not fit correctly and a large bit of the top and bottom were cut out of the image!

    I then re-sized it to 1500px x 360px to account for the 70px lost at the tob AND bottom due to the navigation bars.

    Still, nothing!

    Any help is MASSIVELY appreciated! I have attached the logo I am speaking of.
