twitter clicks fake?

    I tweeted my pages link and checked wp stats, nothing. I shrinked that same url in x.co and tweeted again. I got 10 clicks on that shrinked link and still wp stats do not register. Anything similar?

    Never herd about it.I mean twitter is genuine website and its click work always.I mean i have sold lots of fan follower like and many more things.

    Maybe WP stats records traffic only from search engines. Will check with others again.

    There are a lot of "bots" on Twitter. These bots cause stats to look crazy because they "click" on your link to follow it to it's destination.

    Your definition seems to describe the situation because I have only around 500 followers and the moment I post links, it is clicked like 10 to 15 times. These must be Robots clicks.
