Twitter - can't compose tweets on Windows Phone anymore - Help!

    Hi all,
    I am using the Twitter App on my Windows phone, which is a Nokia Lumia 530 Dual Sim, Software: Windows Phone 8.1 The app is installed on my phone, not on my sim card.
    I can't compose nor send tweets anymore. When I click on "compose tweet" the screen turns white and it looks like a page was loading (i.e. the search button, the compose button as well as the "..."-button still show up on the bottom, but I can't tap them), but nothing happens and then I get redirected to the desktop... someone know what the problem could be?
