yes, he is right but i bought him from autotweets with installation but he is not able to fix the site. and when i want refund he didn't respond so if guys buy him form anything be careful he is a scammer ask him. i sent him more then 100 mail but he didn't reply one of them.
now i request him refund me

Seriously, this guy is ridiculous. I have installed his script and his server does not have the proper version of PHP so therefore it does not work. I am not refunding your money, the script works perfectly fine on everyone else's site except yours.. We do tell you you need certain server requirements before purchasing.

And I am not a HE!!!

 

I have refunded you $35 for the installation... Please check next time before you purchasing something to make sure you have the proper hosting requirements.. The script purchase of $15.00 is non-refundable.

I am not the ridiculous you are the one i found around, and you have refund me for the script ether. already i lost my time and my money to bought the domain. that domain not gonna work to others site. and now you replying me cause i interrupt your scamming business. i sent you more then 20 mail but you didn't reply any one of them cause you thought you will be success to scam me. i hope you gonna refund for the script too.

 

When you purchase a script from anywhere, you are informed of the server requirements. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure you meet or surpass those requirements to prevent incompatibility issues such as the ones you were discussing above. There is no reason for the seller to refund your purchase because you didn't do your homework.

I see that Angela refunded the installation fee - and that was good. But the price of the script? There is no reason for her to refund that. It was your mistake, not hers. And I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how she is somehow a scammer because of this.

Soul, you are selling a website with a script to which you do not have resell rights. Then on top of it you are attacking someone's business without cause...

P.S. I think that, for scripts, resell rights means you can't sell the script in addition to running it on your site. If he's selling the whole site, then I believe that's legal regardless of the seller's inclusion of "resell rights".

Yes, you purchased it. It's yours. And you're selling it all together as a site, not simply reselling the script. So from what I know it's legal. However, if you're trying to sell something you shouldn't call people scammers for no reason. Angela looks like a legitimate businesswoman and you should give her some more respect and apologize for your claims.
