Twitter - Business Model

    I've asked around to several people and several boards and no one can tell me. How does Twitter make money? I mean. I don't see advertising anywhere. Can anyone tell me how they do it?

    The thing is they don't make a lot of money. They only make money through the Promoted Tweets system and also by selling their "Tweet" Feeds to search engines like Google to list them in their search results.

    Indeed they are making enough money to keep the investors happy but I think there are way more way'S to monetize ;) also verifying a account is not free if I remember right.
