Twitter API programmer required urgently

    Hello,

    I am looking to hire a programmer who can work with the API on twitter and the API for my own website. I don't want to go into detail on here, but if you can do this send me a PM or add me straight to msn.

    Max budget is $70 (only because I know I can get it done for this price)
    So I am looking for a cheap as possible, but quality.

    *must speak fluent english

    Looking for a new coder. The one I hired is a complete idiot to say the least who doesn't understand the basics of PHP, nor does he understand how callbacks or APIs work.
