Its not so much the number of accounts but rather the total number of followers you have.

I have an account set up for every different niche (target). For example, I have a twitter account set up for:

and as kder86 said, "Its not so much the number of accounts but rather the total number of followers you have."

I have one set up for each of my blogs (at least most of them) but I find twitter to be very useless...

    I rather promote on Facebook..

    What do you guys think?

I would take facebook as a more social (for friends) rather a marketing tool.. unless your facebook account is NOT your main personal account. it depends i guess.

You can make Facebook pages for people to become fans.

Your marketing accounts could be linked so that anything you Tweet is posted on your Facebook account (there's an app for that). The advantage of having a Twitter account is that people can follow you without revealing all the personal stuff that gets revealed when you become Facebook friends - and that way your own Facebook account can be more personal networking oriented and your Twitter account more business oriented.

For me,one account is more than enough coz i know the technique to get follower without hard work.
And its violated twitter TOS to have multiple account.

That's a good point. I guess twitter can be useful if used correctly. I am too lazy to update my twitter status though. I prefer to be on DP. :)

    Well It Depends!,
and What It Depends on is...

    1) What Niche of Followers You Have!
    2) What you Tweet About!
    3) What you are trying to Sell!

If you have an army of "Stay at Home Mom" followers...
 You Would NOT blog about tires, engines, or weight lifting right?
:D You Would hold casual conversations about cooking, kids, and cleaning! (Sorry Ladies "Not" stereo typing)
 Then "randomly suggest" a few helpful products, (without spamming of course!!)

There are programs that will do this automatically for you! Like this TweetMe
While Generating a "Steady" Nice Cash Flow!

(a). Just Create a Free Account
    (b). Enter Tweet Info
(c). Go to Create to Tweet Account >> Blog Feed>> Enter Any RSS Feed!

If you need RSS Feed Try CBFeed.com

Remember This: "To be a Successful Affiliate you must USE what you SELL, (Be their Support Forum)!!"

Now? Does this help deserve a " +1 " iTrader Point?

I agree, it is the amount of followers you have, not amount of accounts. I mean are you marketing to yourself?

like another member said it is not about accounts, it is about followers.

    think like this.

The average CTR for tweets is 3%, let's settle it at 1%.

A mediocre conversion for a landing page is 1%.

So 1 in 10k will buy.

So if you have 10k followers and tweet to them daily a $30 product, you will earn $30 a day.
