Twitter account hacked! please help

    Hello I need some advice please
    two days ago i received a direct message on twitter and foolishly followed a link and entered my account information. well immediately a hacker changed my associated email, phone number, and username and then deleted the account. i had just reached 17K followers after a year of hard work and my following was growing exponentially. i really need my account back.
    i contacted twitter support and have received automated messages saying twitter cant find my account. well thats because the hacker changed all the information!
    how can i talk to a real person at twitter so they can locate the account? i am sure it is stil possible to retreive it.
    Please advise!!
