I created this new website called TwitList - http://www.twitlist.com which is a combination of Twitter and Craigslist. Using your Twitter account to sign-in (through Twitter's OAuth) to TwitList, you'd be able to add Craigslist Feed URL and when that Feed is updated, you'd get that update to your Twitter account. This is good when you're looking for stuff or free stuff and you want to know it first when it's available. This is FREE for now, but there is a plan to accept premium accounts. Free accounts will allow you to add 3 feeds only, but if you sign in now for the next 2 days, you should be able to add 10 feeds which is equivalent to a premium account. Sign in now while it's FREE!
