Twiends is effective or not?

I am not getting much traffic from twitter but i will try twiends let's hope for best.

 

Concerning the bots, I'm very concerned that many of my followers are bots. Is there a reliable way to filter them out of your followers list?

I don't believe that they are all bots to be honest. I've had good use from the site.
