YOu can alwys go on fiverr.com and see if anyone is offering to get followers. I am sure there are a lot of service providers that would be able to help you there.

 

Best thing to do is to buy users, there are networks solely for that purpose though it's gonna cost you but the likes that you recieve in return are actually interactive unlike the ones you get on twiends or by using software

 

Not always, it depends very much on the service you get and the price you pay.

 

I wouldn't reccomend that to be honest, most of the tim you're getting 100 likes from fake accounts created just for Fiverr.
