    Conduct is the company that supplies the toolbars. What it means is that he has an account that already has $85 bucks on it but that the minimum payout is $150.

    Also jss4ever please don't cancel bluesinjid's bid just because it is only $1 more than mine, I would feel wrong to get it if I wasn't the highest bidder.
