This seems like quite the deal if Thesis is with it.

I'd be willing to bin, of course since its significantly less then you usually pay for Thesis, but before I do so, I would like to know if I can use Thesis on a different domain, and if you can prove you actually own the license, because this is sketchy.

I actually bought this site from a person previously who owned a developer license to thesis, allowing him to make as many sites as he wanted with the thesis theme. I don't have proof of the license, but I can ask him if you would like

And because it is him who owns the developer license, you are unable to use this theme on another site unfortunately :/
