    Hello there,
    Please have a look at this tweet status:

    It appears like an update to an older tweet.
    Looks like a conversation but it is not a conversation.

    On my twitter home (timeline) the older tweet of this person, appears joined with a blue line with the new tweet (please see the attached screenshot).

    Does anyone know how this tweet (status update) can be done?
