    What's tweet.in'?

    I'm sure I don't need to talk up the amazing growth of Twitter, and needless to say tweet.in is a killer domain for any new Twitter-related service.

    Tweet.in has what you might call domain pedigree, because it was previously owned by Twitter; specifically Summize Inc. who were acquired by Twitter in 2008. I registered the domain after it expired on the 27th June, 2009.

    Real-time conversation and search is a new frontier with rich opportunity; investors clearly recognise this as $23.3m has already flown into Twitter-related startups alone, and this is just the beginning.

    To preemptively answer any concerns about trademark infringement, Twitter has said publicly that not only is the use of "tweet" in names allowed, it is positively encouraged.

    A similar domain (tweet.me) sold at Sedo auction earlier in the year for $11,505.
