Tweet, Google, Facebook floating bar below nav...

    The floating separate horizontal bar with Tweet, Google, Facebook etc. buttons... is that a vb4 CMS thing/block/widget, downloaded mod, or manually done?

    I kinda like that spot (as opposed to the default location right below the little house icon for example). tx
