    How hard is it toedit and change to any City - Country or Countries? Do I have to get a coder to do it or can be done from admin setting?

    Not hard at all in fact very simple - and all so simply thru the admin section - you can even bring down the miles/kms for each country/city as well - example: you may want to bring the mile radius closer from say 200 miles down to 5 miles - you can pretty much change and do whatever you like to the script all thru the admin section
