Tweaking the Adsense code

Hi,

I have been lately encoutering sites that run certain adsense ads, and I do not know exactly how they do it, and I don't think that they are going against the TOS since some of them are well known sites.
Here's the format I am talking about, for example, look at fedoraforum.org within certain posts (I am not being able to post a live link due to my post count), look at the adsense in the first post, it is nothing standard. How to do something like that?

And how exactly do you become a premium publisher?

 

I'm not sure but i imagine you have to reach a certain point in your revenue, like 10 million a month lol

No, to be a Premium Publisher you need to have a website that receives 20 million page views per month.

Basically you need alot of hits on your site. So along way for use guys

 

to become a premium mebeer you must have 10 million page views per month and 1 million searches per month dreams for me
