Tweaking Apache? Can someone point out what is causing bandwidth bottleneck?

    Hello. Thanks for reading this. I have a Duel P3/2gigDDR server that runs WAMP- 2003+APache2Triad. I run at a local colocation a 10 Meg connection.

    I cannot get over 2-300 kb/s download speed at a time, even after a fresh boot and just myself with one download. What I can find to tweak. I'm fairly new to Apache on my own, but please take a look at a few of my settings, and do reccomend anything.:) :)

    This server is used to serve downloads on a per pay basis/game patches(ALL LEGAL). Another site directs them here eventually. The average download ranges between 250megs to 2 Gigs... so no small files. It carries a tiny portion of a checkout page, other than that theres no web traffic on it.
