Selling TV Site - Over $11,000 earnings in 7 months

I’ve been working on this gem of a TV site for a while now. So far it’s made me over $11,000 in only 7 months.

I bought the domain in late August and developed it for about 2 weeks and started promoting it the first week of September. I’ve used some special promotion techniques. I’ve had almost 300k visitors and 750k pageviews on my site since I started it. Most of the earnings were made from September to December. This is when I spent most of my time working on this site and during this period I probably made around $7000, averaging over 50,000 visitors/month.

Traffic and earnings have decreased since approximately February since I couldn’t work on the site due to unforeseen circumstances in my life (surgery). The site has been down since beginning of March because I had to get rid of my hosting. I got it back up today on a friend’s hosting because I want to sell it as I need to pay for my surgery bills. In this case, I want a quick sale.

Earnings:
All earnings are from a cpa gateway on the site. You can use any cpa gateway company (cpalead, adscend). An account is not provided with the site. If you don’t have one, I can easily guarantee that I will help you get one. As you can see from the attached stats, the site has made over $11,000 from September 1 to March 1 (7 months).My best day ever was around $400. I couldn’t provide all the stats because I would have had to print screen over 10 times, but I can 100% certify that these earnings were for this site. If you are further skeptical, I can try to take further steps to verify the earnings. Also don’t look at the EPC and ratio because for some reason, it’s not showing all the clicks.

Traffic:
I will show the buyer how I get my traffic. It is mostly referral but also direct traffic from people returning to the site. At its best, the Alexa ranking was hovering around 300,000. It’s gone up since then.

Posts:
There are currently around 36 different TV shows I think. They are mostly updated with the current season episodes. There are some dead links. I also created about 2000 posts with all old seasons of the TV shows because I had a plan of expanding the site, but I never got around to adding the videos. I will show the buyer where I get all the episode videos.

I also have future plans of expanding the site and different ways to monetize but I never got around to doing it because of what unexpectedly happened. I will explain to the buyer what my plans were.
As some of you may be aware, the most common embedded links are Zshare. Included with the sale is a script that I was about to use to increase the earnings on my site. It takes zshare links and wisevid links and puts them through a flash player which can be embedded into the site. This gets rid of zshare and wisevid ads. It also allows other people to embed your video on their site.

Price:
I will start the bidding at $1,000. At 12x earnings, the site is valued at around $19,000. I do not expect it to go for that much since the traffic and earnings have been decreasing. I do have a reserve in mind and it’s far less than 12x earnings. I also do not have a BIN, but I will take any reasonable offer into consideration. If it reaches my reserve, I throw in a similar site that’s made me over $1000 with very little work and it could be scaled up HUGE.
