TV Shows you want to see made into a movie?

There only really one for me, that has to be The Sopranos.

I would be in-different about a 24 movie, simply because it worked so well in it's format on TV.

    What do you think?

You know, I reckon some of the current TV series are ending up better than films as the extra time they have (20 x 1 hour episodes or suchlike) allows for better storytelling etc. Thinking particularly about the recent launch of Game of Thrones - the author of which would never sell the rights to a movie, but has collaborated fully with the serialisation. It's pretty good too - if you like that sort of thing of course!

I wouldn't mind them going back and doing the Golden Girls into some sort of movie :) If that would even be possible. It would possibly make a nice chick flick. Another thing I wouldn't mind is if someone made a better Bewitched movie.

All drama serials should be converted to movies so that director will get feedback how good they're doing..

CSI actually would be great, with the effects they use, probably a problem that they couldn't justify a 2 hour movie when most episodes are already 1 hour as it is.

The Wire, Sopranos. Or a cross over with a crime serie (CSI, L&O) and Dexter would be awesome :)

I don't think The Wire would work, it's too good as a long story.
