    I've seen some of these sites being sued recently, even though they aren't hosting the files. What are you thoughts on that? It's really the only thing thats been holding me up on getting one for myself.

    Got any examples or links of this happening? Only one I've ever seen is tv-links go down, which was the first one ever, but even then the man was not even charged. I think that this site is relatively safe from legal issues because it is relatively small.

    edit: oh wait there's peekvid also, but they were hosted in the USA, not smart. There's a reason why linkscapetv is hosted in NL :p

    Hmm yeah good idea, I wonder if that protects you if your in the U.S. but hosting in NL? I'm not debating it I am genuinely curious as I am interested in your site and other like it. :)
