Well i love the lOST and Keyle XY Shows.. and i wanted to share with people on my forum so is it against the law to Load the Shows on the free host and post that link on my Forum? Please replay and Yes my Domain is not register as private domain, coz i heard it before if we have domain register as a private then we can't post but not sure just want to make sure i m not doing it wrong. Coz as my host say I'm in US, Server is in US, Host is in US, and Shows are in US... Thank you.
FYI I'm pretty sure you can watch those shows online at abc.com now anyway: at least Lost. You could just link to that.
It is copyright infringement. These shows are sold overseas to many other network tv stations long after they have aired on the principal network. Making them available for download direct on your site would incur severe penalties for you, it is highly likely that your webhost would be slapped with a DMCA notice within a short time, and your site would just simply disappear overnight!
This is complete copyright infringement. Even linking to a free host is too much. Just link to abc.com. Any attempt to link it to the coutries were it's unavailable will lead to trouble.
