Selling TV Show/Movie Site + Domain - A Project!

Alright, so like quite some months ago I wanted to make another movie streaming site. However, I haven't had time to either finish the design or the script (yes, custom script) - or anything, actually. No advertisement or anything either.

I want to sell the domain + the site ... or just the domain if that's what you rather want.
The domain is hosted at KatzGlobal, meaning that it's quite anonymous.
There's no control panel for KatzGlobal domains, so I would have to eMail them about the ownership change ++.

The content is hosted at OffShore-Hosts.com. You probably want to switch host seeing as their downtime vs. uptime is terrible.

What kind a licensing issues are you worried about?
If you want this on your own hosting, you do want to have your hosting offshore, or else you'll just be closed by DMCA.

You will get all the files + DB, which contains LINKS to the movies. No movies are hosted on your host.
