Selling Tutorials007 - wordpress powered blog, 3yrs old, abandoned, yet full of traffic

I'm selling one of my first wordpress blogs.

It's nearly 3 years old, I abandoned it and it still pulls 4000+ UV monthly, mostly from search engines and something from referring sites.

It is not monetized, I changed it's theme and never implemented ads. I used to have GA on it, and it was earning around $60 per month, sometimes even $130 (top month).

This is good opportunity for someone who has enough free time to look for freebies and post them up, or someone who can write tutorials....etc etc.

I'm selling it because I got in some debts (hit the car) and I need quick cash injection.
