Well, I've been reading around on this forum, and it sure seems like this is a great area for information on Internet Marketing...... However, I have been looking for some basic introductory style type of articles to explain what exactly is occuring here, for Affiliate Programs and PPC. Let me summarize what I think I see happening. 1. You create a website, write some articles and post them on your website. 2. You then take some keywords and insert them or take them from the articles, and pay Google or any other large search engine to Advertise them. 3. People search on Google for a subject that relates to your website, and visit your website. 4. You have advertising banners on your website which refer the visitor to a website which will pay you for the click on their banner (or a product sold, depending on what type of affiliate system you're doing). The above is very much a complete guess by using the information I hve gathered in the past few hours. I have done many Google searches on intros, but only end up getting an article which refers me to a webpage which wants me to buy something, essentially a catch 22 situation. Please correct me if anything I have posted is incorrect. I'd love to learn more, but to be honest, there doesn't seem to be any easy way of learning it. Just a simple explanation would suffice, in the form that I have posted above. Thanks soo much in advance!!
