Revenue comes all from adsense, have not really tried anything else.
With the site I will also supply the list of filtered sites.

Traffic comes from different tutorial proxy sites on wich I post tutorials and some from google (less than 10%). A complete list of sites to which I post tutorials will be supplied also.

Tutorials are done by a couple of guys from my team and I will continue to supply them to the buyer at a market price, plus will prepare 10 free of charge.

Site is managed by an open-source CMS, easy as pie to use and add tutorials.

IF the buyer wishes I can stay on as a webmaster and totaly manage the site for a small reimbursment so it will take not even a minute of your time.
