Hello, we from skylar_seo team from webmasterstore.net and we have over 20 money earning eCommerce sites and we would like to share a tutorial for digitalpoint members. To start an eCommerce site you need to know 4 things: - What to sell? - Where to get it? - How do I get paid? - How do I get it to the customer? What to sell? You can sell basicly anything via the internet. The smartest thing to do is sell something you are interested in. Like if you are interested in gaming, then sell games. And if you are an expert with computers then start a PC/Laptop store. Where to get it? This is mostly the hardest part because you need to find a wholesaler for your product. A wholesaler means that if for example you buy 10 of the same products at once that you need to get $10 per product or something like that. Most of the time google is your friend here. Just search for example laptops: "Laptops Wholesale" and you will find alot of usefull sources. How do I get paid? Most eCommerce sites are using Paypal. The danger of paypal is that the customer can claim his money back so you need to be able to send proof that you have shipped your item and that everything is ok. How do I get it to the customer? Most wholesalers will allow you to directly submit your clients addres so you can purchase it after the client has paid you and then fill in his addres details to send it to you. There are also some "dropshipping" services where you ship the product to them, they will put your logo on the package and send it to your customer. Thanks man for ecommerce post. I am a novice in ecommerce. I have some knowledge of seo. Can you suggest me some good internet tutorials on ecommerce?
This is the second post I've seen that mentions this issue. I'm getting ready to set up an eCommerce site and this concerns me because I intend to use PayPal. I'm surprised that PayPal would legally have the authority to do this. - What kind of proof is required, only a waybill number or something else? - Are you notified of these pending refunds before they are issued? - How much time are you given to respond to them? - Does it happen a lot?
This is very useful information, thanks for sharing. I'd like to have a much bigger business, not just small ecommerce, so I'm a little concerned about storing a bunch of products ...
