Revene: Only $8(70 clicks) from adsense, however I've made a total of 5($250) sales through the hosting page, which links to my hostgator. I've made 2 sales in january(pending). I also made 3 commisions in november, around the time I launched the site.

I've only submitted two tutorials(photoshop ones) to GT and some smaller tutorial websites and got quite a lot of visitors, which are mostly web masters due to the website tutorials on there.. which makes it good for host gator ads

Wordpress template: Is included along with the domain(namecheap). It's designed and coded by me, it's unique too(only selling it ONCE)

I don't have time to submit tutorials, get affiliates or run this website due to freelancing and some new forums I'm making(along with my other site 360sigs).

I can still write tutorials for the buyer, at a fixed price but that can be worked out afterwards.
