Tutorial manager?

    I need a cms type tutorial manager where I can submit to tutorials and other people can too. something along the lines of tutorialized.com any ideas?

    Can this be done with wordpress does anyone know with plugins? or any other cms that can do it?

    i thik it can be done in any serious CMS...probably you have to play with them and see which one...You can start with Joomla, Drupal and such...I don't know about Wordpress for this kind of stuff...
