We purchased the site in December 2005, and started to concentrate on it towards the end of February, start or March 2006.

Monthly revenue
Since March 5th - Until April 13th.
About $170, Plus an extra $220 from script sales - So a total of almost $400.

Revenue details
Screenshots will be provided to interested parties, along with a spreadsheet which I have been keeping in order to track daily/monthly revenue.

We have been using Google Ad Sense, Right Media and Display Ads on the website.
Yet we believe YPN would also boost revenue.

Independent banner spots may also be sold to generate more income, as well as text links, currently listed under Tutorial Home Sponsors.

The main header/banner for Tutorial Home is clickable - This may also be seen as an extra advertising opportunity.

Description
Tutorial Home is a PhotoShop Tutorial Website, offering free and unique tutorials to its users.
Whilst we have owned the site since late last year, it is only since this year in which we started to concentrate on it.

Tutorial Home currently has 31 tutorials listed, with over 25 of them being unique to us.
The tutorials were either designed & written by myself, or by other people - Of whose details will be included to the buyer.
Some of the tutorials were submissions from other sites, as we also saw the opportunity to list other tutorials just as Good-Tutorials does.

Tutorial Home is running a completely custom script, and all rights will be transferred to the new owner.
The design is also custom, designed completely by myself. All source files will be included.

As stated in the Revenue Details above, we have made $220 from script sales.
We had received a lot of requests for copies of the script to be sold in the past, and only really took advantage of this opportunity last month.
We had plans to create a small website in which we could market and sell the script, and I am sure that this is something that the new owner should be looking at doing.

We branded the script as The Grand Tutorial and the domain thegrandtutorial.com is also included in this sale.

We have run a few banner ad schemes on websites such as TalkFreelance, and have purchased several text links here and there.
The banner that we have designed for Tutorial Home may be viewed Here, and this will be included in the sale, along with the source file.
We have also used MySpace to target people who wish to use PhotoShop to enhance their profiles.

We also had plans for an eBook, and a forum.
I started to design the eBook, which currently consists of two pages. We were to include one tutorial, with snippets from others off our site, and mass distribute this on Forums and Websites relational to Tutorial Home and PhotoShop users. This in turn would boost traffic, and returning visitors.
The .Psd and .Pdf for the eBook is also included in the sale.

I also started to design a forum, and the source file will also be included.

As you can see, a lot of thought and development has been placed into Tutorial Home.
We just wish that we both had the time to continue developing.

Update: We have added the opportunity for you to buy the TutorialHome.com website without master reseller rights to the script at a reduced BIN of $1200! That's about 6 months of revenue based on April's ad statistics.

In addition, BIN for the whole package including master rights has been reduced to $2500!

 

I think your grand tutorials site has been hacked....

 

I guess thats what happens when you give out an admin demo login in order to help your sale.
