    Domain Name: www.tutorials-db.com
Age: Between 6 and 12 months old.
Background: It's a tutorials database - tutorial writers can submit their tutorial to be listed in our database so they get more traffic to their tutorial. I have also written some of my own tutorials that are in a different section to the database.
Code: Custom with admin backend for accepting tutorials and reading contact emails.
PR: 4, probably changing to 5 at next update.
Backlinks: 400 with google, 1000-2000 in other major search engines. (attached report)

    Traffic: (attached report)
    Uniques per day: roughly 300
Search Engines: 3000 hits (not uniques) from google per month - 25% of total traffic.
Other Websites: 4000 hits from other websites - 30% of total traffic.
    Direct Address: 6000 hits - 45%

    AdSense last month:
    Total revenue: $20.52
Note: I haven't really tried any monetizing methods other than adsense, maybe this revenue could be increased.

    Reserve: mid $xxx

Actually you need to read the rules for this section. I was going to take it for the BIN when it shows.

    1. You didn’t say the BIN
    2. You didn’t say when the auction ends
    3. After 36 minutes from topic starts you saying the site is sold!!! And even not you it was “some” “body” and NOT topic starter / website owner.

Why did you start this topic?

I am spending 3-rd week on this board to find a site in this niche. Where is your respecting for the other buyers?

I will wait for your explanation before to leave negative feedback.

hlor, a lot of auctions don't list a BIN in the opening post. You are new to this forum, and probably don't know that, but a lot of people, including myself wait to see how many people are interested in purchasing the website prior to creating a BIN. You may also read the Disclaimer I posted in the thread.

This was a website a put a lot of time in to. We self-designed the website, self-coded it, added many tutorials, self promoted it etc. I easily put over 200 hours of work in to this website. I did not have a BIN in set. I set a reserve, and that was as close to a BIN as possible. If that reserve was met, and nobody else wanted to bid then I would sell the website. The person who posted SOLD was the person who purchased the website. We talked via MSN and he made an offer that was substantially over the reserve.

You are talking about leaving me negative feedback. That, my friend is against the rules. You were neither the buyer, seller and we definately did not trade something. This transaction does not affect you whatsoever and I suggest you simply leave it. Thank you for the attention everybody, but this website has been sold.

And one more thing. What you stated are not rules. They are "general tips" for optimized auctions. They recomend we use them, they don't enforce it.
