Simply because there is no Google Adsense (Tutorial-Center.com is NOT banned) display on the site or text links / advertising spots being sold. In the past TC has raked in an average of $500 a month selling a few text links and Adsense Revenue. So with the right amount of work and SEO TC can be VERY profitable and you can break even very quickly.
