    Illegal???? -- uh no. It's a turnkey script as is stated. The script can be purchased a number of places. One of which is here: http://www.bigfatdownloads.com/ringtoneshop/

    The script works in conjuntion with mobilemoney.com if you are an affiliate of theirs.
