Selling Turnkey - Established Wordpress Baby Site...

As with the other site I have listed this site has just been temporarily moved over to a free hosting platform since I'm am changing servers/hosting. Everything has been converted over and buyer will get all login and account information. There are no hosting fees whatsoever and the site is fully functional. There is no need to move it elsewhere unless you want to.

Site also includes the Auto Blog Feeder plugin that I sell elsewhere, so you can set it up to post automatically. It is currently has postings scheduled also. Other plugins are included to optimize the WP performance.

Domain name expires November 30, 2009 and will need to be renewed and is registered with MyDomain.com. (altho I will renew it in the event of no sale)
Buyer will need to register for a free MyDomain account so I can push it over.

Site utilizes affiliate programs and you will need to update those with your own links. I use CJ, Pepperjam, Clickbank, Share-a-Sale and some others. Whether you keep them or not is up to you. I do not use Adsense but do use MSNpublisher... you can easily add your own Adsense code if desired. Please visit site to see incorporated monetization.

I am trying to lighten my load, especially since having to change servers/hosting. I have not been able to devote the time needed to properly promote and update this site, but it is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop it. It has great potential and even has a "guest contributor" that says he will contribute articles once a month. I will include this info also. This is totally turnkey... outside of changing some links or editing to your preferences there is nothing that needs to be done except post!
