Hello, I've read many articles that says if my blog is a dofollow blog it will have a bad influence on my PR, however I have the dofollow tag in comments.. My question is simple will it decrease my PR in the next uptade? Thanks.
Forgot to mention something above, however turning my blog to a dofollow blog successed with me! I have a quality comments, 0 spam comment received until this moment, increased my traffic from 100 views daily to 400++ views (My blog still new..) So does it worth the risk ?
If you manage your comments well, then there is no problem. Google does not penalize people who do not use nofollow, however if your site gets so much spam that you have thousands of outgoing links to poor websites and "bad neighborhoods" then Google will start to discount the links you send out, and it may lower your PR eventually. Be smart about what links you allow to be placed in your comments.
