Turning 18 is very exciting. When I turned 18, I loved the power that came with it. I went out and did things that I wouldn't normally do just because I was 18. I got my first credit card, went to the Casino, bought cigarettes (even though I've never smoked ), finally got Mother off my bank account, got my license upgraded, etc. One thing I will warn you though: If you do get a credit card, be careful. I almost got myself into a little bit of trouble. Credit cards are great things to spend money with - just make sure you don't spend more than you can pay back
being 18 means you're a legal adult. go have fun and don't forget to know your limits from what's right and what's wrong. you're accountable now with every actions you do.
That's great for you. Now you have to learn about balance. Everything in life should be balanced. Bigger opportunities, bigger responsibilities. It's up to you; there is no manual about it.
Ok. There are so many benefits listed out by our friends here after you reach that 18th mark. But remember, with all the benefits come the RESPONSIBILITY
You can legally watch and do adult stuff! Its great to be 18! But with great power comes great responsibility.
I live in England. When I turned 18 I could legally by alcohol. Other than that nothing else changes. I could already drive. I don't smoke so that wasn't an issue.
I almost forgot to mention You will get a pay rise! ....well in the UK, 18 and above must get the national average wage.
As an adult, i will always tell you to concentrate on your studies and build up your life or carreer first.yes, do enjoy in side but put a limit on it.
You will see by yourself and ya dont follow the advices like smoking and drinking...if you want to live happily.
