I have 4 websites that have all been turned down by Google Adsense for some reason. Two are blogs and 2 are static websites. http://pro-college-football.blogspot.com/ (currently have Pheedo ads) http://therednecktech.net/ (was able to get Kanoodle approved) http://www.heroesandmonsters.com/ http://www.mcnattech.com/ Any idea why?
I've replied to thier email begging them for reconsideration. I don't know if it'll be seen by anyone at Google, but at least I have hope.
I submited them seperately after being declined for each one. http://pro-college-football.blogspot.com/ was the most recent. I was under the impression it might have an easier time being accepted since it was a Blogger site owned by Google.
They might have your name in some kind of blacklist. Did you get banned before? Maybe someone with your same name got banned before. Is your name a common one? You should email Google and ask them why, because all four sights seem perfectly legit to me.
I have a brother at my same address that was banned about a year ago, but I've never applied until recently. Could it be that Google is thinking I'm him even though we have different email addresses and websites? The site he had up does not exist anymore.
Yup, that's probably it, most definitely. They'll match up your last name with your address and bingo, they think it's you. Email addresses and websites are easy to fake/get new ones for, so they don't even care about that. So yeah, this is obviously the reason, because your sites are legit, and everyone knows Google takes just about every kind of site except porn and gambling. How to get around this? There's a little problem, but not impossible. You can get a friend or relative (go for the relative) who doesn't live with you (preferably out of state) to sign up for you with A NEW WEBSITE (remember, they already rejected these sites, so they have them on file), and then once you're approved for that fifth (and new, remember) sites, then you can put the codes on these 4 websites as well. Of course this means you'll have to work with your relative about paying taxes, etc, because Google will ask for a SSN and your relative will be on the hook for paying the taxes at the end of the year. So yes, it's very cumbersome. Or you could just email Google back and let them know what's happened, and their mistake, and MAYBE they'll correct their mistake. Mention that you and your bro have two different SSN as evidence. Google HAS been known to correct their own mistakes, but, you know, we're such peons to them, that they might not care enough to bother... Good luck, whatever you do.
I like the heroes and monsters site. I hope you put some more work into it your off to a great start with a good Idea.
I think you're best off explaining your situation to Google and seeing if they'll accept you. Otherwise try Yahoo, perhaps?
That's certainly the reason. Email them and explain the *whole* situation. It's your only hope. If you try to apply with your same name and a new address, it's likely to make things worse.
If you get someone else to open an adsense account in their name, etc for you to use.....oh, do I foresee a bad future for some people there! But, do NOT use the adsense account if it is approved for those 4 websites! Google will find out, ban your relative/friend, and you will be banned, no one will get money, and then because of that....Bear Bryant will come from the grave and hunt you down! LOL
Anyone watch love line? This reminds me of a caller who waits half way to give some key detail that explains everything just jokin, couldn't help the thought. anyway this is, as others have mentioned, the obvious reason for your issues. you're only chance (other than setting up a PO box or something) is explaining the situation.
Well, I've fired off an email to the Adsense Gods explaining the situation. Now I can sit back and wait and hope I hear something from them.
Same thing happened to me & I was never taken back in adsense...see this post http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=63401
