I've just installed MioPocket on my Navman GPS - it's basically turned my GPS into a PDA. It's totally worth doing, and costs nothing More info and instructions here: http://www2.pajeroclub.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=4458 and http://www.gpspassion.com/FORUMSEN/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=126303
Impressive. Look much better than my Windows mobile phone though. How much RAM this device have? Doesn't it lag? - Dynashox -
My S100 only has 128MB RAM, so it's not exactly the snappiest thing I've used - but it works well enough to watch movies etc.
Good information, I like it. But when I see at picture screen, it looks like Windows desktop. Can it also work with "Windows Mobile"?
Yes, MioPocket does run on some Windows Mobile devices. The Windows look is just a skin. Here's what my Navman looks like now :
It look good. I used many windows mobile and PDA phones. Recently i buy my new PDA Nokia E71 which is quite good phone with all the technology and feature. Navman GPS is look good but can anyone give some more and detailed information about the phone.
It works on nearly all Mio based devices, and also: I've finally worked out how to use Google maps on it - which is the reason for this entire exercise - so I can use the satellite maps to see the tracks in the forest when I get lost on my bike. Pity the battery life is so terrible.
