    I need my site turned into a app cheap

    I launched a new website to allow people to get instagram followers free
    you have the option to get instagram followers free by simply following 25 users
    and you will be put on the train.If you dont wish to follow them you can purchase
    vip status and you dont have to follow anyone.Vip users average around 50-100 new followers a day
    I need it so i can get people to have the same access on the app as they do on the site.

    find a web developer that can build you a 'responsive web design' one that can change it's design elements depending on the screen width and the type of device.
