Turn MS Word created web page to real index file (mock-up of web page)

    Before I hand over the page to a designer, I am wondering if someone can create a quick webpage from a webpage created in MS word. I can send it to you as a MS Word doc or html file. There are few pictures, and text and headlines in between, and I have a paypal shopping cart script on the bottom of the page to insert.

    Looking for someone who can format the text (size and font) and adjust the width of the page to view properly in all browsers.

    Please send your rate, an online example of something you have done, and approximate turnaround. This is super low budget at the moment :(. I have Paypal only.:)
