Selling Tupac2014.com Keyword Strong Domain! Organic traffic

Hello.
I'm looking to sell Tupac2014.com and 2014Tupac.com and the turnkey page/content assosiated - both very strong keyword rich domains.

This is relating to the theory that Tupac will be returning in 2014, and if he infact does or there's any further hype over the next years this site and these domains will skyrocket in value and return. Otherwise there's a high search volume revolved around this topic and no competition.

Traffic Info:
Currently there is little traffic. I do absolutely NO marketing or SEO or anything for the site and its generating 200+ unique, increasing monthly. If any sort of effort is put into SEO or backlinks this site could do very well.

First page rank for "2014 tupac" and "tupac 2014" and "2014 makaveli"...etc.

Why Sell
Litterally no time to operate or promote the site. Looking for a quick sale to release it.

Revenue?
Currently I don't have any adsense setup or other forms of revenue outside of the T-shirt sales - which have produced about 3 sales total. The shirts are made from an ebay t-shirt airbrush artist - I can provide his contact if you wish to continue selling these, otherwise you can push any other product on the page.
