    It just means that your sites layout isn't based on tables ( colons, rows ) but CSS ( e.g. div blocks ).

    Just want to make sure "div" is block level element and a tag under HTML not in CSS.

    What I meant to say is that you use CSS to style your DIV blocks instead of styling tables :rolleyes:

    With CSS you can not only style "DIV blocks", whatever you understand a div is.

    CSS is for layout/design, tables for tabular data. Period.
