Looking for ideas on how to drive TubeBattle to bigger and better things.

It's been up ~3 months, gets about 5k UV/day.

change the header to fit the site,header looks bad.

You mean the logo is not good?
Or that the header isn't center/balanced?
Or something else?

 

I think he means it doesn't flow with the rest of the design, and I do agree for the most part. Other than that, your website looks great, good luck.

For the header, I would remove the background color behind it and replace it with your site's BG color (the dark grey).

I didn't see the problem on my PC, but I understand now.
I guess that's one problem with using a transparent PNG image
